Emotional Freedom Technique (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping) is a transformative stand-alone healing tool.
It has been called an emotional version of acupuncture, as we gently tap the ends of the meridians in a sequence, to work quickly and effectively through uncomfortable emotions and replace them with positive ones.
EFT can be combined with Kinesiology sessions.
EFT is excellent for moving beyond recurrent, stuck emotions and unhelpful beliefs that stop us from feeling free to fulfil our potential in any area of our lives.
Some examples might be:
- Feelings or overwhelm or panic
- Feelings of anxiety in meetings of at public speaking events
- Anxiety triggered by thoughts or situations
- Fear of something – flying would be an example
- Feeling blocked by any other emotion
